She has an in-depth knowledge of the Search Industry as a result of working closely with successful founders and CEO’s. She has been instrumental in hiring entire leadership team for her clients. She most recently worked for Quess Corp Limited as its Head of Leadership Hiring and Talent Acquisition. In the past, she has worked with Confiar Consultants, Usha Martin Telecom, and Citibank. She has also served as president of POSH in addition to being a DNI champion. She lives in Bangalore with her hotelier turned entrepreneur husband. She has a daughter who is currently pursuing her Masters
